Shopping Information

What are my shipping options?

All packages are sent via Poslaju next day delivery option. We normally ship orders within 1-3 business day of receipt. Most orders will arrive within 7 business days.

How do you charge for shipping?

Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed.

We understand shipping fees can be a barrier for online purchase. We make it as easy as possible! We offer free shipping with a minimum purchase of RM 250 within Klang Valley and RM350 within Peninsular, Sabah and Sarawak.

Do you ship outside Malaysia?

At this time, Zenergy is only shipping orders within Malaysia.

Do you offer combined shipping?

Yes, we offer combined shipping discounts. Combined shipping discounts calculate automatically upon checkout.

Orders and Returns

How long does it take to process an order?

Generally, all orders pack and ship within 1-3 business day of purchase. We do not operate over the weekends, and orders placed over the weekend will ship out the following Monday or Tuesday. During busy periods, including holidays and sales periods, the processing time can increase to 4-5 business days before your package is shipped.

Where is my tracking information?

We will send you an email with your tracking details once your order is shipped! If you have any questions about the status of your order, don’t hesitate to contact us at info@zenergy.com.my.

What is your return policy?

We do not accept refund, returns or exchanges.

What if my products arrived damaged, incorrect and/or missing an item?

If your order arrived damaged, incorrect and/or missing an item, please fill out the form BELOW and we will be happy to assist you! Please note that it must reported to us within 3 days of receipt.

What should I do if I receive a defective item?

In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, please fill out the form BELOW and we will be happy to assist you! Please note that it must be reported to us within 3 days of receipt.

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect.

What if the item is not in stock at time you place your order?

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.

Do you offer diffuser warranty?

Diffusers are covered under a three (3) months limited warranty. If the diffuser breaks due to manufacturers defect at any time for three months after purchase they can be replaced for an equivalent working model. Please fill out the form BELOW and we will be happy to assist you!
