April , a contemporary Pilates instructor, passionate about movement, wellness and the mind-body connection. April brings a style of Pilates that is holistic; Her mission is to use the principles of Pilates to create mindful movements with the aim of bringing out suppleness and flexibility in the physical body as well as helping individuals to develop a deeper ability to listen to their bodies to build strength from within.
Offering thoughtful, challenging yet fun Pilates sessions, April revels in teaching clients to develop a better sense of structural alignment to facilitate more effective core connection, better quality of movement and culminating the awareness of the mind-body connection needed to move free from pain and tension, that will translate into their everyday life outside the studio.
Driven by the love of Pilates and for the change it has done for her body, April is passionate about sharing and creating a unique movement experience for each individual client. To enhance her Pilates practice, April aspires to further deepen her understanding in the embodiment of movement, build greater mind-body connection, to maintain a healthy, happy body and mind.
